We waited over 40 mins for 3 pizzas two chicken wings and one bread stick. After waiting because they messed up the pizza. The girl rudly asked if we wanted her to refund it... we answered no we have kiddos at home it's okay. Then she told her manager we cussed at her. And the manager refunded our entire order so my kids have no dinner tonight and we wasted over an hour. Unorganized, rude, disrespectful. If you don't want to work with the public get a new job and attitude.

Thanks for giving an undercooked New York style Supreme with no pepperoni. What a waste of money. Don't get a pizza there around 4:00 ok on a Sunday.

The wait in the drive-thru line was ridiculous (about 30 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me when I got there).

Worst customer service ever from both employees and management. The store is constantly a disaster. If you order ahead of time it won’t be ready when you get there. They refuse to fix their mistakes. I can’t believe corporate let’s them get away with their awful service.
I haven't been to Gadsden Alabama in many years. I went to attend a family wedding. It was very nostalgic because this pizza place was in the shopping center of Johnsons Giant Foods where I worked a long time ago. It is Family owned and operated. So,it was a wonderful experience.
