This has to be the slowest sonic in alabama. It's like this every night I have a order to pick up. Supposed to have picked it up at 11:14...its 11:19 and there are 5 vehicles in front of me.I was asked to move from a stall to the long drive thru line to pick up the order.Wow! SmhSTILL SITTING HERE AT 11:41 WITH 3 CARS STILL IN FRONT OF ME. MY ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN DELIVERED BY 11:32.

Foods usually decent. But as someone who works in fast food- the irritated attitude that they seem to have is unacceptable in my opinion. I usually don’t leave reviews at all but honestly I’ve dealt with it from this specific sonic for the entirety of 2023. The employees seem to hate their job.

I like the sonic ice I buy a bag a day and the employees are polite but when it comes to the food it lacks freshnes...come on folks fries are to be crispy not soggy and cold...it makes me feel like I've been taken advantage of I work hard for my money be nice if they would work a little harder for theirs....

No line at Drive-Tru but took quite a few minutes to get greeted only to be told "Please Hold". Pull up after finally ordering but unable to get what the wife wanted which was only a Milk Shake due not having the correct flavor. Afterwards I just quickly ordered a #1 combo out of frustration and a different flavor Shake for the wife. Handed me my bag and had to ask about the 2 drinks. Got home and the wife couldn't drink the Shake for not tasting like it was supposed too. Took me about a hour to eat a cold mushy Burger that didn't even look appealing and extremely sloppily prepared. I've never been a hard person to please if the ones serving me seem sincere but nowadays it seems Costomer Service everywhere is at a all-time low everywhere. Seems like workers now try to make you feel like a burden for business. This isn't the 1st or 2nd but the 3rd time this establishment has made me feel this way in the past year. Want be a 4th.
