The foreign man behind the counter was rude , I had a coupon and it was buy a sub and drink you get a sub free of any kind , he said we don't take coupons it was a coupon for subway ,and he said you should have told me that before I made your sub , it shouldn't matter the coupon is for any sub there ,he took the cheese and meat off my sub and kept saying no no and charged for extra meat and cheese and it was nasty and he looks nasty and I will go to a different Subway that is much more nice than them , and I will never eat at that subway again , he put stickers on the windows so you cannot see him make your sub or food ,they are crazy at this subway , go somewhere else to eat don't eat there ,

Told them I had an allergy to mayo asked them to cut sandwich before adding to one side proceeded to add mayo close the sandwich with knife touching the mayo adding it to the other side and then cut with the same knife if you are told about an allergy listen so no one ends up in the hospital luckily I check sandwich before eating it and seen the mayo WILL NOT BE BACK

This Subway has the slowest service on planet Earth. I stopped to get a sandwich at 1:45, past the normal lunch hour rush. I was the third person in line behind a couple and another man. I stood there for 15 minutes and the guy in front of me had not even ordered yet! I just left. I have had this kind of experience every time I have gone to this location. I have finally learned my lesson.

I was profiled by the employee while picking up my order. I walked in and let the employee know I was there for a pickup order. He looked me over then asked for the name on the order. I gave him my name as well as the type of sub. He then asked to see my phone. I showed him the mobile order on my phone, through the glass that separates the food and customers. He then asked me to walk down to where the sub was and asked for the order number. I then showed the mobile order to him again and he asked for the order number again. I tell him that it's not showing the order number but I'm showing you the order. So what's the problem? He then tells me that a man once stole food from him before. That has nothing to do with me personally, I told him this as well as saying I'm not that guy that you're talking about. He asked me to sign the receipt and I refused because at that point you are obviously profiling me and this is all for an $11.76 order. It should be obvious at this point it's ny order. I gave him my name, told him what type of sub and showed him the mobile order twice. He asked why I opposed to signing the receipt blatantly disregarding the fact that he continues to profile me and wants to use my signature as evidence for the next time a guy that look like me asks for a pickup order.

I will never go back to this Subway again after seeing the guy behind the counter throw such a fit (and throw the food) and argue with the customer in front of me all because the customer politely asked for a different piece of egg that looked more done to him. Completely unprofessional; I walked out and will not be back.

Ordered 2 footlongs and neither were right. Employee basically called me a liar. I had no cheese on my Philly cheese steak. Hardly any meat amd was not warmed. The other one had wrong cheese on it and made with the wrong bread! Basically the worse sandwiches we have ever had from subway and won't be back!! Ear there often but will not be back! ?????????
