Went in on Sunday night 3-10-24 and there were dirty dishes stacked up everywhere, the cook was really slow and confused about how to prepare plates, the waitress bless her heart was trying so hard and was so behind on everything, we finally got our food after waiting 30 minutes, there was only 2 booths with couples in there and the cook had to keep remaking orders and throwing away food, we never got our drinks the hashbrowns were way over cooked the chili was soupy my order was wrong but ate it anyway just to try and keep the tension down, the waitress was constantly recalling and explaining her ticket. Bad experience won't go back

Food was OK. They only had 3 seats available. They had the rest blocked off it was 3 booths and then a few bar stools. The waitress came to us maybe 2 times. And it was literally just 3 tables.

We eat Waffle House often while traveling. This morning we we had the best service & breakfast ever. Hashbrowns, eggs, bacon & toast cooked to perfection. Even enjoyed the music playing in the background. Didn’t have to wait to be seated, waitress was quick to attend our table & food was served quickly. Excellent! Walk in, there are four booths dirty and all workers are sitting around playing on their phones. I don’t go to Waffle House expecting a 5 star experience but when people are waiting at the door, you aren’t busy, and you’re just sitting there talking ..it’s just plain rude.

ZERO stars!! I was just at the Waffle House for my first time and got nothing. No service, no food and appropriately, no bill. I sat down next to a lady who was awaiting service. We sat appropriately 10 minutes before anything was said to either of us. For a place that is not that busy, it's just not acceptable. Sadly after watching and waiting for a half an hour, and mind you, still no service, I left. I don't know how they stay in business. We order our food which is a standard bacon egg hashbrown bowl with extra sausage and extra cheese with gravy on top. Brought our food with no eggs and no gravy. But still charged us for it. We’ll cook comes over and asks us what’s wrong we explain it to him he picks up my husbands drink which was empty for about 20 minutes and then throws the ice out fills it up with hot tea and slams it down. We just decided to get up pay and leave. WORST SERVICE I have EVER received in my ENTIRE life!!
