But what impressed me the most is she washed her hands before taking my order and AGAIN after handling the cash I paid with. That is very unusual. They usually just pull some gloves over their dirty hands and let the lettuce fly!“

“I prefer to order in the app, but the super Arby's isn't listed in the app. Imagine their signature-namesake sandwich not listed in the app. So, I went inside and it's not listed on the menu inside the store. I began to walk out, resigned that the super Arby's is fine forever. the young gentlemen asked me what sandwich I'm looking for. He asked me to give him a chance to look it up and he found it on a separate menu. I wonder how many people want this sandwich, don't see it, but the associate didn't care to look for itArby's, are you just creating the statistics you need to discontinue the super Arby's? “BEST chicken in the area!! Family-ran establishments inside a shell. Friendly great service! Everything was so fresh and crispy. The chicken was so moist and tender with lots of flavor. This place tops any other fast food place or restaurant with fried chicken. They also have legit (i & i mean LEGIT) philly cheesesteaks made to order! And they are made RIGHT, none of that frozen mess!“
“Hands down the BEST Arby’s in the world. The service was impeccable, Precious was such a great server and was polite and friendly. She even pumped extra towels down for the female in our group when they were both washing their hands.Food was fresh and solid, just as good if not better than normal Arby’s food quality. The restaurant was not just one of the nicest Arby’s restaurants we’ve been to, but the cleanest for sure. You can tell the staff here take pride in their work and are happy to take care of their guests.Wheelchair accessibility: They had ADA accessibility - we saw one patron come in and have no issues navigating the restaurant with a wheelchair. They even walked their food out to them!“

“I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)“
“Food was delicious as usual. Service was very slow due to the place being absolutely slammed with customers. The atmosphere was crowded and tense due to lots of hungry people clambering for food. The staff was flat out. Which I like. I like to see fast food employees with a sense of urgency. The dining room was clean. Tables were wiped off well and no trash on the floor or slippery spots.“

“My first visit here and everything was done well. To me when you enter a business, the way you are greeted, or not, usually sets the tone for your whole experience. I was greeted promptly and when I asked about specials for Seniors the young lady was very patient and kind in going over them with me. She also noticed my US Army Veteran hat and told me they also give Veterans a 10% discount which I appreciated. Food came out promptly and was hot and exactly as I ordered. The young lady came out to check on me during my meal and even asked if I needed a to-go box for my leftovers. And, even as I walked out, she wished me a blessed day.“
“My food was NOT cooked the way I requested and when I took it back to the manager for the second time he got REALLY rude with me in front of other customers. He got my food right nor did he offer to refund my money. As long as this man is the manager of that store and treats customers like that,you will lose a lot of customers. I will not return there as long as he is there,there is no excuse for his actions. I worked in the food service for over 20 years and this kind of treatment is unexceptable. I really enjoy Jacks food,I will continue to eat at Jack's just not this one.“

I love the BMT from Subway, this restaurant always makes my sandwich exactly the way I like it, the staff is always pleasant.The only thing I’m concerned with the last two times I have tried to order the Herb and Cheese Bread here they have been “sold out”, the orders were four weeks apart. I’m not fond of any other type of bread but usually end up with the white.“
“The food and people are awesome! I just wish they hired at least one more person to speed up service. Someone dedicated to handle all of the drink orders. Took about 15 minutes just to place my order (although it was busy). But the food is first rate and I will be going there again!“
