“Great place for grab and go sandwiches. I had the ‘vegetarians be like,’ and it was so flavorful and light, perfect for a bite to take to the beach! Friendly and fast service. They even have a DIY menu to build your own sandwich. There is seating at the restaurant but it’s more of a takeout spot and walking distance to the beach. Will definitely be back!!“
“I presume the owner was who waited on me, may have been a little slower than traditional subways. But the attention to detail was evident. My sub was carefully crafted and packaged, labeled, and delicious. I see some bad reviews, but my experience was great.“
“This subway is GREAT!!!! he and his wife put as many veggies on the sandwich as you want ! The other Subway by Rouses is terrible in comparison to this one . I stopped eating at Subway in Gulf Shores and would get mine in Orange beach after work because the other one by Rouses was so bad until I found this one :) They will put as many of your favorites on your sandwich until it can hardly close lol !!! I will get all my sandwiches at this location from now on . Please don’t waste your money at the other one in Gulf shores, the y are rude and won’t put enough stuff on the sandwiches . Anyways this subway is great I will use them from now on :)“
“Great place. Service is excellent and the food is outstanding. The French dip is a classic with a unique au jus made in house. Delicious! Second visit I went for the meatball sub. Homemade meatballs with just the right amount of sauce and cheese on the freshest bread possible. Perfect. I'll be back for the Philly next week. My new favorite deli.“

“I am changing this review. All though still not great this location has gotten way better. The staff has changed and so has the service and food for the better. 4 stars because the cold subs are great but the grill is absolutely horrible! I have had great philly steaks at JM locations but the grill here is very substandard. This is my only complaint and needs improvement“
“I love this little shop. It looks like nothing special when you pull up. Just your basic gas station. But they have everything you could use for the beach, tervis tumblers, bathing suits, beer and wine and literally the best homemade chicken salad I've EVER had. I never miss a chance to go!!“
“Upon entering Firehouse Subs in Foley, Alabama, we received their customary greeting. The restaurant was busy with lunchtime guests so we waited in line for a short period of time before ordering. After ordering, we waited at a table while our sandwiches were being prepared.Our sandwiches were freshly prepared and were hot when we picked them up at the counter. The bread was fresh and soft and our food was prepared as ordered.The only negative comment we might have is that the quantity of meat on the sandwiches seems to have been reduced since we first became Firehouse customers several years ago.Still, the sandwiches are very good and we will visit Firehouse Subs again wherever we happen to travel.“
“Ordered box lunches for delivery on Sunday morning at 10:30am. Mason, store manager contacted me around 9:15am to confirm they were working on the sandwiches and he personally delivered them right on time with all 33 boxes having exactly what was ordered for each. Great communication and my sandwich was exactly the way I like it. This store and staff gets an A++++ in our book. Thanks again for making it so easy to make everyone on the bus trip happy with our meal choice.“
“2 weeks ago I went through the window and ordered turkey club meal, when I got home I realized there wasn't any bacon on the club sandwich. I called the restaurant and was told they would fix the problem, so 2 weeks later I went to gulf shores and spoke with Maykennon. She was very kind and sweet. She replaced my entire order, which I thought was very nice!. So kudos to her and the staff in gulf shores“
