The McDonald's in Guntersville was a good stop. The restaurant was clean with modern decor. They have kiosks so you can place an order from the dining room. I did stand at the counter for a few minutes without anyone talking to me, but my oder came out quickly and the food was good. The fries were hot and crispy. I'd call this an upscale McDonald's. They also allow you to round up your total for a donation to Ronald McDonald House.

I love going into this McDonald's. They are very clean and polite. They one lady I go to named Nancy. She is one of hardest working managers there. She treats her employees like humans and is so polite to everyone. She makes ppl laugh and it really changes the atmosphere at a restaurant like that. Keep up the good work Nancy.
