I had just about given up hope of ever experiencing the delicious food that Chop Suey Inn served for many, many years. For the past few years the food was mostly inedible for my taste. I don't know what happened, but let me tell you, THEY ARE BACK. Been twice in the past two months and enjoyed every morsel. Food is fresh and cooked to order. Chop Suey Inn is a staple of the Birmingham area. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been good. I actually crave the Mongolian beef. My wife doesn’t eat Chinese food so if she’s ever out of town or doing dinner somewhere else I always get chop suey inn. As far as all the whiners about service or atmosphere or whatever they complain about, I really don't care.
