Went through the drive-thru this morning to get bagels and sat at the menu for a minute or two waiting for the person on the speaker, but they never came on. I love Panera. I spent many days/nights during college working or studying at a Panera. We love the one in Vestavia. But this location has let us down a few times. Now, we just drive past it to the Vestavia location. The service is lacking in general but one night in particular, the staff really weren’t working well together.
