While it may not take the crown for the best pizza I've ever enjoyed, it certainly wins the title for the best pizza I've had at this price point. The balance of flavors, the crispy crust, and the generous topping of pepperoni made for a delightful meal that exceeded my expectations. What stood out to me, apart from the delicious pizza, was the exceptional service. The ladies at All-Original Pizza were super friendly, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. Their warm and welcoming demeanor added a personal touch that you don't often find elsewhere. Given the quality of the food and the outstanding service, I'm already looking forward to my next visit. I plan to broaden my taste experience by trying the wings and sandwiches, which, if they're anything like the pizza, promise to be equally satisfying. “Tried out Vecchia for lunch today. Located in the Moss Rock area of Hoover it was a little out of the way for us, but was recommended by a friend.At first glance, from the outside, I thought that this might be a nice place. Upon entrance I was shuttled down a narrow hallway lined with drinks and wines to a cashiers desk. We placed our order and served ourselves bottled drinks, from a cooler behind us.The prices for a 10 oz pie were $18 so I was hoping for a great find in wood fired pizza for our area.We then went around the corner to a very table cluttered dining area. After noticing that if you asked for water that it was “self serve” from a high school style water fountain in plastic cups. No wait staff roomed the area, only the cashier and the two cooks.When the pizza arrived it was fresh out of the wood fired oven. Nice char in spots but the bottom was still a little under cooked. I ordered the classic pepperoni but had to search to find said toppings. Scarce and unevenly distributed.Then came the bite; the tip of my slice was soggy and limp. No crunch. The bone was nice and crisp with good flavor. The red tomato sauce was bland at best, no spices, I ended up adding salt to my slice to help the flavor. Cheese was thin but nice flavor and pull.I looked for Parmesan, but had to go to the water fountain to find the powdered cheese shaker. (No fresh Parmesan available)Nothing was on the tables but a beer bucket with plastic utensils and off brand napkins.For what was told to me was a true Italian pizzeria I was disappointed. Pizza wasn’t bad but could have been so much better with somespices and flavor. And charging these prices I would expect some wait staff and fountain drinks. (Ditch the high school water fountain).Establishment was clean and staff was nice. Food was OK, maybe even good had it been a lower price point. But Vecchie has some loyal followers and it was busy for that time of day, so others must enjoy it.Overall 3.5 stars!“
“Stopped at Pazzo Pizza Truck and grabbed this huge slice of pizza. There is honestly not much to complain about here I just kinda with the sausage crumbles had more flavor maybe better quality not sure if they make those in house or store bought already made but man was this pizza soooooo freaking good and hot! The cheese was perfect with a nice sweet flavor just how I like it, pepperoni was huge and delicious could really taste that smoky pork flavor, the cheese was so well cheesy with a light mild flavor and just amazing, and guys that crust it was a perfect golden brown it was a perfect New York foldable slice and that's what I did I folded that bad boy and destroyed it! Please go check them out and if you can't find their truck then go to their brick and mortar at Pazzo Big Slice! They get a 9.5/10 from me great pizza!“
“The food was really good. However, our order was taken by a woman with a big black mask on. We could barely hear her and it was really a downer. We couldn't tell if she was trying to "protect" herself from us, or us from her. Neither sounds great. If she's sick--stay home. If she's that concerned about getting sick, stay home. This is a public restaurant, it's 2024 and ENOUGH ALREADY. And by the way, masks don't work.“
“The pan pizza(beef, Italian sausage, bacon, bell peppers and black olives) I ordered was cooked to perfection and tasted great. The thin crust(extra pepperoni) was real good. Just should be caution about the cook time for orders with no cheese. But I know that's not the norm so no complaints.?“
“Tonight, my delivery order was slow to arrive. Upon calling the store, I was told that they were short delivery drivers and that a Door Dasher would be bringing my order. I only live a few minutes away, so I decided to pick up my order instead. It was ready and waiting for me, even though the door dasher had just claimed it. I asked if I could receive my delivery fee/tip back, and though the computer system wasn't allowing a refund to my card, I was offered cash on the spot, which I happily accepted. I totally understand that keeping consistent delivery people has been a struggle, and I was grateful to be offered a refund of my fees without hesitation. I will likely plan to continue picking up my orders, as they are always delicious and ready in record time! I do wish they had contacted me to let me know of the delay, as I could have come sooner, but I was glad it was easily resolved, albeit a little bit confusing there for a bit (the door dasher arrived at the same time I did). “Domino's has come a long way from when I last had their pizza (late 70's). The staff is very friendly and helpful. Their puzza, for the cost, is hot, cheesy and tasty. The garlic bread knots are very crunchy and delicious. Their plain boneless chicken bites however hod a lot of pepper in the breading, so I probably won't be getting them again.“
“I ordered two cheese single slices for myself for about 7 dollars total. The pizza slices were very huge and very good. I was very surprised by the price because $7 for two fresh slices of pizza that was very good surprised me. I was not even able to finish the second slice with how much the first filled me up. It reminded me of the pizza you would get in New York in Little Italy. As for the service it was great. The lady that took my order was very sweet. The food took about 10 minutes or so to come which is not bad since the food is fresh. Lastly, the ambiance was pretty cool inside. They had a nice Italian styled restaurant inside and a beautiful patio to sit at. This places also serves other items like pasta, calzones, desserts, and a lot more. Overall, the food was a 5/5, great price, food, and service and I definitely will be returning again.“
