I haven't been to Cheddars in a while; now I remember why and I won't come back. I ordered the herb-roasted chicken with a side of green beans. The chicken was dry and hard like 3-day old turkey; it was not flavorful or juicy. The "canned" beans were so hard I couldn't eat them. The best part of the meal was the free croissants. Service was so-so; needed to flag down our server to get drink refills and our bill.
It was my first time eating here, and my experience was great. My waitress was phenomenal. The food was great. It was a very pleasant evening. I will definitely be going here again.

The food was excellent. However, our waitress didn't pay a great deal of attention to us. We had to flag her down every time we needed something.Plus, the ladies' room was a mess. Two of the stalls were unusable, and water was running on the floor. I know things happen, but someone should be checking on the restrooms.
