5 yrs of going to this location off University Dr Huntsville, it has been Top Notch esp with the old manager before she got transferred to the Madison Al the new location. Upon arrival I was one two guest there at the time. I felt rushed, talked to abruptly and unprofessionally when asking for the ingredients in which I wanted on a Number 6. Lately I've been watching the incredible TikTok vids from JM's and had to stop in. The good stuff, my sandwich was delicious, an Italian sub #13 cold Mike's Way. I loved it. Meats, cheese, bread super fresh and high quality. The problem was it took 20 mins from the time I walked in the door to get my sandwich made. Great, fresh food and the employees were ALL super friendly and nice! Came during lunch hour and you could tell they were super busy with online orders and in person orders and still kept a smile on their faces. 10/10 ?
