Viet Huong is one of the best places to get pho or a clay pot in Huntsville. I've never had a bad experience there, and it's cheap enough to go often. It's usually busy, but that's what youd expect of a great restaurant.
I came in and was greeted in a timely manner. I ordered 4 PC shrimp appetizer and it came very fast.The pho soup I ordered came within 5mins of my appetizer. They have alot of options on the menu.

We dropped in one day for lunch. We arrived slightly before noon and were quickly seated. There does seem to be a lot of hype about this restaurant. It doesn't look like much but I found the service and staff quick and friendly. It was busy for lunch that day and kitchen service was quick. I found the chicken pho not great but good.
