The food was ok but not great. The zensation salad had less chicken than some I've had in the past and both the chicken and spring roll were cold as if it had been in the fridge a while. Also, the menu board listed one price but rang up 20 cents higher. When my husband called the girls attention to it, she just shrugged her shoulders like, "Oh well". I would suggest getting your menu board and cash register on the same page.
Fast service, definitely love the Zen Salad when it's available. Chicken Tenders can sometimes be a disappointment especially when you order a meal to go and get home to find they are all small and no sauce has been included even though you asked for it.Wheelchair accessibility: Not that I use a wheelchair but I'm handicap and sometimes use a cane and find it extremely difficult to get the door open if I'm by myself.

Been a while since I sat down in a Zaxby's, but this was a great experience. Great service, nice clean space, and the chicken is delicious as always. It's simple, but the kickin' chicken sandwich is delicious!
