Could've been way better! I thought the Arbys in Decatur was bad... but this place takes service to a new low standard! Waited over 20 mins to place an order with only three customers inside and a handful of cars in the drive through. The counter person, if you can call her that, just stood in the middle of the counter looking at her fingernails ignoring customers... I went to this location for a pickup order. They had the restaurant doors locked forcing us to use the drive thru. There were a few cars in line and we had to wait. As we approached we let them know we placed an order ahead. The order was ready. They had me pull forward and wait in the line to the window where my food was immediately handed to me after name verification. The food was still warm but you could tell it had been sitting. First the Goodburger was delicious ! I know that the care of the customer crossed over to care of the kitchen and what comes out. Manager made sure food was tasty and corrected a wrong another manager made without being asked to do so…thanks!
