I don’t totally blame this on the staff actually working in the restaurant. It’s extremely frustrating to place an order for delivery, be called 30 minutes later and told that it’s not started and delivery could take two hours - then switch to carry out, show up to the store 30 minutes later to have wait another half hour because the order still has not been started. We have ordered from this location multiple times since moving to this area, on two occasions our food took over 3 hours. On a another we got the wrong food, and a different order items were forgotten. Everyone we talk to is nice but something HAS to change. This is ridiculous. Too many mistakes.

My husband and I order from Domino’s all the time, but last night was so disappointing, I ordered a pan pizza and this is what I got. Most of the cheese was melted more off the side of the pizza. It was just straight grease. Also took an hour 1/2 to receive.
