I am amazed at this locations’ level of customer service. I was waiting on someone to pinch me. The store was so clean the staff was the cleanest I’ve seen in years and I eat out every day… They take their time with your sandwich like their painting a picture… They make eye contact, smile and engage. They are in uniform, and work really smoothly with eachother.To the manager- Kuddos, you’ve build a one of a kind Team.literally- My $5 turkey sandwich was the highlight...read full review

Me & my brother both tried the #65 Portabella Chicken Cheesesteak with Baked Barbecue Chips & Drink for our taste of our experiences & it was all good & it happens to be our first time to dine in Jersey Mike's Subs for the Madison, AL.

I normally love Jersey Mikes. But this location disappointed. I had to repeat myself multiple times still got the wrong food. I have never had stale bread from Jersey Mikes until today. My hot sub was ok. But my cold one was awful. I tried to tell them what I wanted on it and they told me they would call me back up once the meat was cut. Just not a great experience overall.
