Ordered Pizzas at 8:57 pm from Pizza Hut on Madison Blvd online with a ready time at 9:15. When I arrived the guy said he could not find a record of my order was I sure I ordered from this store I told him yes I was. He looked again and said sorry we can't make any more Pizzas tonight even though the store doesn't close until 10pm. He gave me some stupid answer that they were closing to get ready for Super Bowl Sunday. Why this stupid store doesn't even allow dine in anymore....read full review
The staff were rude and unpleasant. The first person saw me and walked to the back. Second person comes out sees me, no greeting or anything then finally decides to ask "did I have an online order". You shouldn't want people with this kind of attitude working in your establishment. We are all going through things but when you have a job to do, you are supposed to do it to the best of your ability. Only thing good was my pizza.

Terrible experience. Didn't even have pizza available. Couldn't even talk to someone at the actual store, it was an answering service who didn't even know what they had available at the store. We ended up not ordering anything from here.
