The food is good for fast food quality. I love their selection of drinks and add ins. Their ice cream is good and I enjoy picking out different toppings or mix ins. This sonic seems like it's kind of run down. Some of the lanes are broken and the parking lot seems dirty. I had a negative and a positive experience with two different staff members. "Swag" as their coworkers refer to them as, demonstrated the peak of great, professional service. They were very kind, and very helpful. Despite my own ignorance to check every bag that came with our order, they still did not hesitate or argue when accomadating my request for napkins and forks, even though there were some in one of my bags.
