Tried the new philly chicken sandwich. It was good, but we requested it fresh and had to send back to be remade because they didn't drop it fresh. This is a really good sandwich, but it has to be fresh. The cashier didn't put it on the ticket even though I asked to make it fresh, so I can't blame the kitchen for that. The loaded fries are great also, but you have to get it fresh with extra seasoning. Food is expensive these days so you want what you pay for to be to your liking....read full review
What you'd expect from fast food. Average wait time, Average service, etc. The chicken and zaxbys sauce are really good though. More expensive than I'd like, but then what isn't these days. But if you're okay spending $12 per person, the food is good.

Went inside and was given quick and efficient service. However, I had ordered an extra cup of wimpy sauce instead of the ranch that comes with Buffalo Wing Meal. The front counter cashier rung me up the right way but I was still given the ranch instead of wimpy. Mistakes happen but it really sucked since there was hardly any wimpy sauce on the wings themselves. The staff was friendly, mistakes happen, regardless I will be back.
