“We were getting hungry after running an errand around lunch. I suggested we go through the drive through at Chik-fil-a. When we pulled into the drive through there were 3 lanes of of about 6 cars each. I thought this is going to take too much time. In less than 10 minutes we had our food hot and fresh and back on the road. Their service was fast polite and efficient.“
“The supervisor Trent is so caring towards his customers! I came in the other day and had an issue with the chicken nuggets, sent in a complaint and soon after got a response. Not only did I get an email from the supervisor, but I also got a phone call saying how sincerely sorry he was about my issue. I got refunded my money and he even paid for my next meal. I met with him in person, and he was sorry and addressed the issue with his work staff immediately. VERY pleased with how he handled this. He even helped me out on his break. Nicest supervisor I have ever met! Thank you so much Trent!“
“It was VERY busy and crowded. I walked I with my twin babies and my 3 year old and finding a table was hard, but the staff where incredibly accommodating. They helped us find a table, helped me move my stuff from a far away booth to a table so I can watch my daughter play. And assisted me with the online ordering.“
“Daughin Street Location store #1350Stopped in here on our way to Slidell. Everyone was so friendly. We were greeted by the drive through worker before we even walked inside and he wished us a good day. Once inside two people at the counter greeted us I believe the manager and our cashier. The Cashier Andrea was incredibly friendly and took our order without making us feel rushed or like a bother. Our food arrived at our table just as we did. It was hot and everything was perfect. They came by our table once to be sure everything was okay. It was one of the best experiences we have had at a Chick-fil-A and we’ve had some great experiences. Thank you all!“
“I love Chick-fil-A they have the BEST customer service there is, customer thank you, employee my pleasure ?? I also love and appreciate that you can order online and it tells you if something is recalled, has a storage or if you changed something we as rewards members appreciate. Now if everyone that comes to the Royal St location to PLEASE place your order online, this way the line will continue to move and you can place as many orders as you want and they will get it just like the person order this especially hood when you’re picking up for coworkers! And if Chick-fil-A can’t ask you to order ahead, I will do it for them: PLEASE order ahead this way the line will continue to move and I can get my order but if Susan up front and placed her order at the speaker now I have to wait on Susan to place her order and it may be her first time and that’s cutting into the congestion in the already downtown area.Parking: It’s parking in the drive thru, but it’s the thing getting out your car to walk through what may be rush hour. Unless you work close to location I would say walk. And your car must be nose in as they say ??“
“Great chicken sandwich. My goto for consistent quality food. This location is in the mall and service and atmosphere lacking. Will be back but at brick and mortar store. As a plus they are closed on Sunday. Not many businesses today would give up 15% (1 day out of 7) of their revenue to give everyone a break.“
