I ordered through DoorDash, from the China Chef Springhill Ave store, and when the driver got there, my food was already in the bag, and they left out part of my order, ribs and sauces I specifically requested, and now they will not answer the phone. I know it’s because the girl recognizes my phone number. You would think the manager would come back on the phone, but he must be an afraid.This is bad service. This is my go to Chinese place in Mobile. I think the food tastes better at this location than their other location on Government. The steamed dumplings are great! You can ask for dishes not spicy most of the time they make that happen. You can also ask for veggie lo mein instead of pork fried rice with the combo for a small up charge. It’s SO worth it!
