Too many parties were booked at once you could hardly move in the Birthday area. Some of the employees were just oblivious to what there job was. I ordered extra pizzas for the party and the party was almost over when I finally got them. It was hot, fresh so that was a plus. Won't ever do another party there again.
No one greeted or checked my granddaughter and I in upon arrival. When leaving, we were able to walk on out. This facility is very inconsistent on safety rules. That said it my 4yr old granddaughter's most favorite place.

We took my 16 month old to her first chuck E cheese. She loved it! We were happy with this location. Very friendly and helpful customer service. The bathrooms did need to be cleaned. We did not eat the food, so cannot speak on that aspect. We will definitely come again!
