I had a really bad experience here on my birthday back in June that made me never want to come back, but I came in today because it was the last option for me being in a hurry, the girl working today was really sweet and friendly and understanding when I explained a situation. I’ll be back and I’m happy to see that there are nice people that work here and not all bad.

First time ordering from this Firehouse Subs. I ordered the med. Steak and Cheese sub and my husband got a footlong Meatball sub with Pepper Jack cheese. Both were delicious. The only other Firehouse Subs we've ordered from was in Saraland when we were staying with relatives. It was good as well. We will order again from the one close to home on Grelot Rd.
