The service was horrible. I ordered my food but forgot to order something to drink. I noticed I was the only one in the drive through and no one inside ordering food. So I apologize to the young man and asked if I could add a orange juice. He turned to get my juice walking and shaking his head. Really ugly attitude. He told me my total $8.23 I gave him a $20 and said I have the .23 cent He took the $20 out my hand and preceded to give me my change back. I was still holding the 23 cent. I told him I said I had the 23cent. He said back to me I didn't hear you.. I can't open my drawer and closed the window in my face. I sit there asking for my recipe. He walked away and did not come back to the window. Very poor customer service. I was going out of my way to be nice to him. I understand some people has a bad day but this definitely was un called for. He was a tall big man with his head and part of his face covered. I definitely will not be stopping back by this store again.

Hard to see this place from the road both day and night due to neighboring property’s overgrown trees. It is not far from the Super 8 hotel/ motel, so use that as your landmark, it is right before you hit Super 8. Food was descent, the fries were too salty and undercooked. Fountain drink station down in the dining room, maybe because the cheap owners want to discourage you from getting a free refill. I paid $28 for two adult combo meals. Dining room clean but empty. Restrooms clean, plenty of free parking, plus has drive thru. Menu is totally different in Eastern USA versus Carl’s Jr.’s on West Coast. No Western Burgers, Criss Cut Fries, or Fried Zucchini. Husband had Frisco Burger, he liked it, but stated the soda tasted off. I had Mushroom Swiss Double Burger, it was good, I am just not a fan of charbroiled burgers. My Diet Soda tasted just fine. Only desert options I saw were shakes, no cheesecake. Bummer. Oh Well.Parking: Hard to see Hardee’s from road due to neighboring property’s overgrown trees.

To be honest when the app asked me to rate this place, yes I was at Hardee's but I was not there eating....I just simply parked there because nobody goes there.... However with that being said I'm happy that nobody goes to Hardee's because it is without question the best fast food that you can get and that means no lines for this guy. It's always drive up tell them what I want, ask if they monster drinks back yet, get my food park it and eat it....while considering going around a second time to get something for later.Here's a little something to try next time you do go to Hardee's or if you're just simply curious... For breakfast without question the best thing that they have is not even on their menu....necessarily, but order a sausage biscuit with SWISS cheese and get some grape jelly. You put the jelly on top the biscuit if you want but believe it or not the flavor changes because of how you chew down on it. When the jelly is an internal layer of that badboy....look, you might not be ready for it.So with that being said, obviously the food is amazing. It's the only place that offers and mushroom and Swiss burger that is even worth mentioning Culvers has one it's garbage, Whataburger had one they messed up by getting rid of it, while not comparable it was at least a good alternative for when you want great food at midnight. And lastly while yes a lot of their meal items do have lettuce, onions, pickles, mayo.... It is the only place that has a burger that I as a picky eater can order something and not have to worry about biting into someone's inability to read an order screen.Service is always great other than the fact that they close ridiculously early that would be my only complaint with Hardee's.... Well that and I don't get a free mushroom Swiss burger once a month for writing this badass review.... (wink wink)As far as the atmosphere... It's give and take. Personally I like just having my food parking in the parking lot and enjoying my food and not interested in little kids flipping about in their chairs running about the floors I don't want to hear anybody else's conversations I don't want to be in anybody's background picture as they snap a food selfie so the atmosphere for me is amazing... I can sit in my car enjoy my food and watch a show on my phone and not have any of the "normal" fast food experiences.So the people at Hardee's, take note no one will go out of their way to write this kind of review for you guys but I did mainly in part because I'm looking for some free food man I eat there so much and give you so much in my money a free burger would be nice I said once a month at first but let's be honest....a free burger everyday for a year, and me coming back to this review and updating just to state that you guys came through for me... This kind of publicity doesn't write itself, it needs an Eric and I did my end of the bargain.....Parking: I don't know what else you want me to say more about parking other than if you see a guy sitting in a 2016 Audi A3 looking like he is really enjoying his burger...don't park next to him leave a space in between like a urinal and just leave him alone, he's enjoying his free burger.

I ordered the chicken tender combo in the drive-thru and it was cooked to order making it EXTREMELY FRESH and tasted great. The drive-thru attendant was a Pure Delight.
