My order was wrong . I paid for mixed and they gave me dark. When I called them the lady said bring the chicken back so told them I was to far to come back . She said bring the chicken back tomorrow and they would fix it. Which to me it sound crazy when you pay $28+ for food that you want because you inconvenience your customer with wrong product.
The building was clean and staff was cordial. I used the self-service kiosk to order and it was quick and easy. My meal was okay, but they forgot my sides and my chicken wasn't seasoned only the skin no marinade at all which is a first for me at Harts.

My coworker has been craving Hart's for a week now, so I stopped by on my way to work. As soon as I walked in, the staff was super friendly and greeted me warmly. I ordered two 2 piece mixed plates and an order of their amazing Cole slaw for my friend. My order was ready quickly and was fresh and delicious!
