I haven't been to the Boiling Pot in a long time. There was one near my house but it was closed down a few years ago. I was out near the Airport boulevard location and decided to make an order.The half fried shrimp poboy seemed like the best idea. I wasn't trying to eat a whole lot. When I got there I only had to wait a few minutes.When I got home the food was still warm. And as I opened the plate I suddenly remembered why I loved the Boiling Pot. Shrimp filled the plate.
