“We went tonight for my birthday and it was such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere, the staff and the food was incredible. “Long wait times during lunch hours are guaranteed. Steak was delicious, but make sure to order one or two levels down, in terms of rareness (ie. I ordered my steak rare, but it came out close to medium). The sides are nothing to write home about, but the pricing of everything was reasonable and the servers were helpful and attentive.“

“Went here for our 25th anniversary tonight. Service was fantastic from the minute we walked in. Seated fast, given menus, and drink orders right away. Salads came quick and food just as we finished salads. Filet and snapper combo was very good and cooked perfectly. Wide said how good the grilled shrimp was. “Honestly, I was a bit disappointed in the chef's version of Hollandaise sauce. It didn't have a nice Sauvignon or that bite from the lemon and vinegar it was much too thin. The eggs were done perfectly and again I'm a bit of a perfectionist on eggs. Benedict. I thought the Canadian bacon was a bit thick. The Canadian bacon had a nice smoky flavor and was very tasty. What saved the meal was? My daughter and I split the caramel banana French toast. It was exquisite. The service was excellent as always.“

“This was our first time eating here. Upon pulling up, my husband was a little skeptical, but I told him I'd seen FB friends post about going here and it was fine. We proceeded to go in, we were right before dinner rush, so got seated immediately. Our waitress was super friendly. I can't remember her name, but she made drink suggestions and answered any questions we had about the menu. She even allowed us to move from the inside seating to outside, when a table became available (this was shortly after being seated and we only had our waters). We ordered our appetizers: gator tail, gumbo and crawfish cream sauce and she said she'd wait because we might be full. Well, we wanted the whole experience so when we got our appetizers we placed our entree order. She was right! We were already stuffed! When our food came, catfish platter and a 1/2 order of fried oysters, and chicken fingers, we sampled each item and the sides, but ultimately had to get a to go box. My husband was very impressed at the size of catfish and said they were so good. It was just an overall wonderful experience. The sun was setting and the scenery was beautiful. We even got to speak to a gentleman as we left, that we feel was the owner. He asked about our experience and told us that Sundays are when they have the live band. We will definitely be going back. It's not often you have such a pleasant experience and everyone seemed to thoroughly enjoy their job.“

“The chicken tenders were very tender and delicious! Fries had seasoning on them that was yummy and the Magoo's sauce was some of the best I've tried. My niece loved it too, she dunked everything in it! Banana pudding tasted great, it was made thicker than what I'm used to but it was very good. Actual banana slices in it too! “This place is a small but good place to eat! It’s really easy to pass when driving by but definitely a place you should stop! My husband and i have been passing this place for years and decided to stop on a Friday night and eat here. It was pretty busy around 7pm. This place has a lot of regulars from what i can tell. The server was on her first day and did pretty good! I started out with a side salad. The onions, and tomatoes were so yummy and fresh. The tomatoes were sweet and the dressings were delicious! My husband got the seafood platter that had a little bit of everything. His favorite were the jumbo shrimp. I got the shrimp platter with fried okra and coleslaw. The Cole slaw was not my favorite but everything else was really good, including their sauces. My husband loves the cocktail sauce and i enjoyed the tartar sauce. For the amount of food and quality of food, it’s definitely worth it! I believe they had an outside deck for people to sit on and possibly live music. We both recommended this place to our family and friends and will be back soon with everyone!“

Everything was fantastic from the moment we walked in and the hostess greeted us warmly. It was the first day of March Madness so we had to wait for about 15 minutes. The food was delicious!!! Dinner with best friends included the filet, fresh halibut with lump crab, the surf and turf and shrimp pasta with fresh basil—all of which was outstanding. “A small locally owned restaurant that has been in the same spot since I was a kid. The name tells you that they have good chilli but the burgers are also good. Best chili I can think of in town. A little too clean to be called a dirty spoon diner but it certainly feels like a local secret and the ladies working there are just as sweet as the tea. I will be back to try some more of the menu“

“It’s been one strike after another every time we’ve gone out to eat at a “chain” restaurant but this place gives me hope! We went in for the first time yesterday and Tyrone took amazing care of us. The food was amazing (we were craving burgers), the service was fast, and Tyrone was awesome. He took the time to make sure the food was right, we were happy, and made it an overall great experience.
