Went a few weeks ago and they were out of half their flavors, so we went somewhere else. Tried to go again tonight and they had already bolted the doors shut at 6:40 despite the sign saying they don’t close until 7:00pm.
I wasn't able to get the classic chicken salad. They were sold out. Potato and cheese soup was good. Chicken salad with onion ok, needed more maynaise. Will call early for classic chicken salad next time.

Fresh ingredients and great customer service for the past few years!However,the last visit was underwhelming. My bread did not appear to be fresh and my chicken salad sandwich did not include lettuce or tomatoes.All 3 employees were observed sitting outside upon my arrival while online ordering (which I typically use) was disabled. Again, I've used this location for years with no issues so I'm hoping the review will reach management and encourage them to provide refresher training.
