Food is always awesome!!! Biscuits are amazing!! Grits and Sausage gravy are unbeatable!! I don't know her name but the heavy set young lady at the counter is not a people person, never smiling and very short with customers. Service is sketchy as I originally ate there but consistently received my order to go, with several items missing. Stopped in for breakfast. Staff was very friendly and the service was great. Eggs and bacon were fantastic and grits nice and creamy. The biscuits were hot and soft and the gravy was flavored just right. Would definitely stop at this Jacks again next time in the area.

The drive thru person was a bit rude and pushy. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, either way they’ve kind of been that way 2 of my 3 visits there. The food is subpar, however, the milkshakes are good to go! That’s the reason for my return visits.
