We were a drive thru order.We placed our order and was informed that it will be a 15 minute wait on chicken. We agreed to wait. That's where the discontent starts. We waited well over 35 minutes. We went in to check on our order. We were informed that our order was given to someone else and we had to wait for some more chicken to be cooked. Ordered a 4 piece. Was asked to wait for it i agreed. Waited about 40 mins for crispy chicken to cook. Just the breaset was to be crispy. Got the order. Nothing is crispy. The origiinal had more crust than the 1 piece of crispy chicken. Ughhhhhhhh. I want what I ordered and waited for not this.

Why is at 6:00 in the evening there is no chicken, employees standing around and ovens being cleaned and people are still coming, and you place your order its a 15-20 minute wait as if they don't want to work or think I'm going to say never mind...SMH...
