Went to Popeyes Wednesday the 16 of Aug 2023,great experience,the store was clean and the decor was nice,manager thecrew were very friendly and helpful when ordering my food ,from the letting me know all of the specials and what was a better deal,my food came out hot and delicious.
I came to dine-in on my lunch break and placed my order at 2pm. They forgot to make my order so they started and I finally got it 30 mins later and was able to eat my lunch and head back to work. They compensated by giving me a large soda and an extra strawberry biscuit.I wasn't too bothered cause I was going to spend my entire lunch there, but it would definitely inconvenience someone who needed to leave immediately.Food was delicious, place was clean and the employees were cool.

We were here today for lunch around 11:35am. Customer Service was professional & friendly. However, when we got home, (30mins away), we noticed that the large red beans & rice as well as the large fries were both missing.
