Honestly, I was a bit disappointed in the chef's version of Hollandaise sauce. It didn't have a nice Sauvignon or that bite from the lemon and vinegar it was much too thin. The eggs were done perfectly and again I'm a bit of a perfectionist on eggs. Benedict. I thought the Canadian bacon was a bit thick. The Canadian bacon had a nice smoky flavor and was very tasty. We just stopped in for dinner on a long drive home from Deerfield beach Fl. What a great birthday surprise. I was looking for someplace on our route home and this popped up. The flight of wine was so fun, small plates were perfect and if you don’t try the bread pudding you are missing out on quite the culinary delight. Our server was great, food was superb and my birthday of all day long driving was saved.
