I can’t tell you what they do to that ice cream. IDK how they make it taste that good, but I can tell you this: I’ve tried all of the “gourmet” ice creams there are to have, and they don’t hold a candle to Mountain Brook. It is the richest, creamiest, MOST FLAVORFUL ice cream I’ve ever tasted. My in-law and I were dumbstruck! XD It goes without saying that we’ll be back (this time, with a cooler for a few pints to take home).
1! They actually answered the phone when I called with a question and was courteous, helpful and kind.2! Actually had the flavor I had searched all over town for.3! Offered to pre pack a quart for me = REAL customer service. I was only going to buy a waffle cone but was excited about the offer and happy to have an upsell of my favorite4!
