Was looking for a good local place since moving here and I've found it. Fresh, the ingredients were so fresh. And worth the money, which wasn't bad 14.75 for a 14' Deep Dish I'll be getting my pizza here from now on.
My hubs and I tried California Underground Pizza today for the first time. We were disappointed in the lack of seating which is why I gave it four stars. However, we were not disappointed in the pizza. We ordered a medium crust pepperoni and meatball pizza (with extra pepperoni). The crust was perfect as were the toppings. I gave California Underground Pizza another try after having two unacceptable experiences and am happy that I did. California Underground Pizza had always been my favorite spot for pizza until recently when they changed the standard amount of pizza sauce used. It simply isn't enough. Be sure to request EXTRA SAUCE with your pizza! This is provided at no extra charge. Abby is terrific to deal with. I'll definitely order from California Underground Pizza again!
