the managers are really nice and trying their best but there is only so much they can do. i feel it’s the team that isn’t operating as they should be and doing what they’re supposed to be. if you’re not a drive thru order, seems you’re going to wait 20 minutes+ unfortunately. food was ok.
Tonight I went through the drive thru to get me & my family a Cookie & Cream milkshake, it was brought right out to us by the sweetest young man named Jadun. Honestly the most polite & professional young man I have dealt with at Jacks in a long time. Thank you Jadun for the amazing milk shakes.
