FIREHOUSE SUBS ARE BACK! During COVID, they changed something in their sandwich (hook and ladder). It tasted horrible, dry, yuck. Tried 2 different restaurants and same...quit goingMy husband wanted to give it a try again 2 months ago and they are back to original sandwiches! Since then, we have been 4 times! Love Firehouse subs but if they change anything again...I will never go back!
This was my first visit to Firehouse Subs. I was disappointed. I found the food to be good, but not good enough to match the high prices. The size of the sandwich is too small for the cost. The drink machine did not function properly. The staff behind the counter seemed to have their minds on things other than work. They also did not gave a professional apperance.

Had the Firehouse Meatball and it was delicious, glad I stopped by there and tried it. Justice was friendly and the rest of the team got my order out accurately and toasty hot. Prices a little high but I guess everything is these days. I’ll be back!
