For the first time in probably 6 months on a Friday when I got off work at 3am, IHOP WAS OPEN!!! I mean, the doors were locked but as soon as we came up to the door a server was at the door before we could get to it to try and open it ourselves. Jordan is a great server, but the cooks were a little slow tonight. Our guest had to wait for the Cook to chase down the free-range chickens for her eggs. The missus enjoyed her pot roast meal, and I had my tomato basil soup with a french toast grilled cheese sandwich, with enough soup leftover to spoon after sopping it up with the sandwich, no leftovers for our son hoover on his seefood diet.
