Used drive thru with no issues and I'm a regular customer there. I've had no issues with rudeness or problems with any of my orders. Folks need to realize that if they go at the busiest hours mistakes happen because they are trying to fill orders. Yours isn't the only order and if a mistake is made they will make it right. It's at times tough filling hundreds of orders from drive thru to counter sales.

We moved away to the Grovetown, GA. area in the summer of 2023. Since then, we have missed dining at Jack’s. There isn’t one in our area, so we made it a point to come here while we were in town this weekend. The food was great as usual … and the fish dinner was amazing.
