So upon paying at the drive-through, we sat in front of the window after they told us to pull up and wait for our food to be brought to us... We preceded to wait for 20-30 minutes. After getting out to check on the food, we were told it was given to another car... We then waited for it to be remade another 10-15 minutes. Being disgusted with waiting for so long, we had asked for recompense. They gave us pies for the trouble... ?
Jack's has the best, most fresh, made daily menu of any fast food chain. I worked for 2 different locations doing prep, and they are serious about quality as well as efficiency.
