Called in an order. Verified location. Told pick up would be 20-25 min. Got there. And they said they had not received my order. But this was all by phone. I will not use by phone ever again.I will add whoever the manager is at the pelham store. He was a rockstar. He was very apologetic. And re took my order and jumped on it himself. We ordered the Shaq A Roni 11/29/23. The tv ads worked and we were enticed. All PapaJohns did was slice the pepperoni paper thin to make it look like more pepperoni. Fool me once shame on you. You won’t fool me twice
