I've always liked Arby's, but recently, when I went inside to order, my husband was asked why would anyone like a ruben sandwich. I overheard the conversation, but much to my dismay when it was finally received, I could understand why nobody there liked it. It was served cold with hardly any sauercraut and little meat. Please improve. ?
The last 2 trips to Arby’s have been less than happy. 1st strip order 4 for 10 roast beef sandwiches and fries. Fries were old, greasy and it was right around lunch time. Asked for fresh fries and the kid at window acted like I asked for his firstborn just rude!!!2nd trip went through to get a chocolate shake and the guy handed it to me with it covered in shake. I asked for extra napkins and again gave attitude to me.

I ordered the #4 brisket meal. There was a hardish bun, 1 piece of meat and three strips of bacon a dollop of BBQ sauce,and a sketchy looking piece cheese probably won't go back. It looked so good on the menu and the commercials I was so disappointed ?
