IDK why we decided to go to Krystal, I'm not a fan and I'm always disappointed with them.Anyone who isn't aware, Krystal is ALMOST identical to White Castle, at least as far as the food goes. Why is this Krystal’s only 3.7 ?❓ every time I come here my food is FRESH. Quick service! Had one issue with one of the drive thru attendants. She act like it was going to hurt or come out of her paycheck to give me more napkins.

I haven't been inside a Krystal since before the pandemic. This store is so dirty and most of the employees don't even wear uniforms any longer. They have on hats and rags and wigs but not part of the uniform. The floors were disgusting, covered in food and grease. It's been years since we've eaten at Krystal and it will be years again. Eww...Oh and I forgot to mention the man that just walked in the back and delivered an employee food.
