Giving 3 starts because we go to this subway fairly my often and normally order online and normally don’t have any issues. We placed an online order today and had accidentally added an extra sub. Called up there multiple times before someone answered to see if they could remove the sub from the order. Walked in and no one was there but the two ladies working. Was told I was going to have to wait at least 20 minutes so they could work on all the online orders ahead of me. I realize many people do online orders now but they should be trained to space them out and also take the people that walk in to order. Or have one person there that only does the online orders while the other helps customers inside. Definitely need a manager in there figuring it out as this isn't the first...read full review
The lady with the pink hair and the tall girl light skinned girl gave the best service with a smile even though they was extremely busy. The customer service and the sandwich was well worth the wait.
