Bella Vista is EXACTLY what you want a neighborhood restaurant to be. Sure, the paint may be peeling here or there, but it gives it a kind of "Bohemian chic" feel. The staff are so warm and friendly. What in the world would be a good enough review for this place? 10 stars? 15? No, never high enough. I have eaten at a lot of places, but this one is my absolute favorite. I could not say enough about the excellency of the staff, owners, chef, service, food, etc. Everything from beginning to end was amazing! This is one of the best restaurants in town. Great food, outstanding service and staff, and great selection. You have to go for the authentic Dominican food. We are making this an at least bi-monthly location!
