Had a sweet,efficient lady named neisha (store 7370,Prattville al) working there.she was training a newby at the register,checking on orders from the back,all over ,I'm assuming she is a manager,if not she should be. I was buying for some neighbors fighting a cancer battle and got one item for myself. This observant,customer loving lady made sure my one item was in a separate bag. This location may as well close after lunch or whenever the manager isn't there because the service and quality of the food/drinks is terrible in the evening/night. I eat here almost daily but my visit tonight was a waste of my time and money. I'm so disgusted that I never want to eat there again.

I prefer this location over all others. Every time I have been here the staff has been friendly and my food is actually hot. Imagine that. I'm not gonna throw shade at the other stores but I do get silverware when I come to this one without having to ask. Who knew you needed silverware to eat red beans and rice? I was shocked. No but seriously they do a great job here.
