This place is not popular enough, it's on the beautiful coosa river, and you can eat out side in the spring or summer. The ribblets is falling off the bones when you eat it, they are best in town.. you can get Nachos every thing on it for only $5.00. They serve vegetarian meals, and bbq, Ilook at the menu, they have alot.. you can even buy beer in a cooler. Very friendly. Downhome bar-b-que in a great location. Easily accessible from boat or auto! Everything from smoked sausage to peanut butter pie is fresh and prepared with attention to detail Very friendly and casual atmosphere.

Found this place while doing some research prior to a trip from Huntsville to Talladega GP raceway. Stopped in Saturday morning just after they opened. I opted for the chicken plate (with red sauce) with beans and slaw. First observation, the price of my meal and drink were WELL WORTH the portion size! Definitely bang for the buck!
