“Excellent homestyle tacos. We were recommended to try Tostiloco & it was really so good, too!Friendly ladies, cozy atmosphere. We enjoyed our first visit, thank you:)”
“Always good ice cream. Coffee is okay. About on par with Starbucks but not quite as good as others like Sweet Home and Refuge (Fairhope). Then again, this is not a coffee shop per say. Always enjoy browsing the vendor booths.”
“Hidden gem. Was there yesterday (2/13/23) for the first time; playing APA pool league. Very nice atmosphere and great service. After my pool matches i walked to the outside part of the bar and was instantly greeted by the locals, and even asked to play a game of pool with them. So i did. I really enjoyed my time at Alley cat and will most definitely return in the future.”
“Just stopped by to grab some coffee rejuvenation with our work crew. 12/10! Coffee? Top tier. Pastries and bakery foods? Top tier. Decor was even cute! Very friendly staff.”
“The menu had so many options, but I couldn't decide. Since they're only open for lunch, we brought home food to go for dinner! So glad we found this little spot as it's vegan tailored and the only spot of its kind in our area! I'd leave a 5 star if the app would let me. They do offer meat, but every item has a vegan or vegetarian option! Updated from previous review on 2023-11-04”
“This place knows how to handle some meat! From the second you walk in you know that these ladies can handle a lot of meat and that they have been handling lots and lots of meat from early on. They really know their way around smoked butts too. I said "can I have some gravy on my mashed potatoes?" And she said "I'll give you all the gravy your heart desires". Then she got it all juicy. Next lady said "what I get you" I said "I'm going to need some breast and thighs" she smiled and hit my plate with them. She said my pleasure.”
“This place is great. The atmosphere and music are kicking’. The service is awesome. Very friendly and engaging. You get way more food for the money.Highly recommend!”
“The most fantastic spot with the most fantastic people. Everything from the environment down to the food is amazing, this should be a regular spot for everyone ❤️”
“Perfect place for a group to celebrate friend's birthday!! Cozy welcoming environment with different rooms and areas to hang out. Plus a gift shop. The coffee and pound cake was delicious, wait staff friendly and top of their game!”
“When in Foley, this place is a MUST stop #spottohitup! The food is always amazing, locally sourced, and changes with the seasons! They do have their staples, but its nice to know they rotate their menu to bring in new flavors! On this visit, I had the absolute pleasure to be served and bartended by Anariley. Very polite, remembers your name and also whips up a mean espresso martini!Come visit this place as you will not be let down!Vegetarian options: They have some vegetarian options, but they are not clearly labeled as vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: If you are pescatarian, this place will be great for you! Chilean sea bass, Tuna tartar, Tuna steaks, so much to offer!Parking: If you don't find parking on the lot, there's parking behind the building and also on the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair friendly, parking up front and tables all have chairs that can move out and are at perfect height!”
“This is the bakery for all great cakes. We have enjoyed the German Chocolate and my daughter's birthday. Cupcakes, lemon bars, etc. It is one of the best bakeries I have ever seen!”
“Went for the first time today and they did not disappoint! The biscuits were amazing! Food was great and the prices was very reasonable. Will defiantly be our new lunch spot when we are working in fairhope.”
“Very friendly staff! The iced vanilla lattè was yummy. I actually tried to place an order online for the first time and didn’t realize I hadn’t finished the process. When I arrived, the barista was kind and told me I could park, finish the process, and they would bring the drink out to me. After I finished placing the order, I probably received it in 2-3 minutes, very fast and the girl who brought it was very sweet. The only thing I would love to see added to the menu is freshly made pastries, the downtown location has the best!”
“If you decide to come here, which I hope this review helps do, you are in for a treat. The hostess was a little wonky. But other than that. EVERYTHING was perfect. Starting with the service. The server was the bartender too from what I could tell. She was extremely kind, friendly, and personable. Recommended a special to my girlfriend that wasn’t on the menu or written on the daily special. It was phenomenal. It was named after their sponsor or partner on the bottom left of the menu, if you’re interested. I ordered the nigiri sampler and it was the best sushi I’ve ever had. In my life. We also had the truffle fries for an appetizer. WOW. Wish it was possible to be served with something other than ketchup on the side but nonetheless it was DIVINE. Lastly the cocktail I ordered, the “Cucumber Collins” was, no exaggeration, the best cocktail I’ve ever had. Homemade cucumber syrup. Not too sweet, not to earthy from the cucumber. If you go anytime, keep in mind they take reservations. Not always necessary during the week but they encourage it.”
“For great food and a fun experience visit the wacked out weiner in Foley Alabama ! I had the hot dog combo with chili cheese and onions Larry had the combo with chili cheese coleslaw one onions. The dogs are delicious and the chili is phenomenal. They cave an unbelievable list of ways you can get your weiner from Ruben style, taco, cajun, American… the list goes on and the toppings are varied. We got to meet Jason and Joanie, ( two of the nicest people you could ever meet ) working behind the counter)! They made our visit so much fun!The place is a hoot decorated with such fun signs and a photo section where ( if you wish, and I did) you can dress up like a hot dog, ketchup or mustard. There is indoor or outdoor seating. Don’t miss a chance to go there and get delicious food and a wonderful shake at a great price!”
“Hubby and I have been to Kraver's several times. Keep going back because it is really good. This place is the value play in this area. You get the best quality food at a fair price. This time, we both had a half fried shrimp po boy combo and there are an estimated 24 shrimp on a half po boy. Hard to believe in today's world. Food is very tasty, well prepared, staff is very friendly, atmosphere is comfortable and homey. If you haven't been here, give it a try, you will be happy you did.”
“The drinks were extremely delicious, the service was also very satisfactory. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who loves coffee, and I would also come back very often. I wish the owner luck to have a successful business, and I hope there will be a place for customers to enjoy their drinks and food there.”
“Best of all was their customer service! (even when accommodating a special request I had.) Perfectly sized croissant breakfast sandwich with a tangy twist. Open dining room to enjoy my delicious breakfast sandwich and coffee while sitting in the most comfy chair ever! In town for family medical emergency.Military friendly and open early (0530).”
“Love this place! Food is always fresh and delicious, and the service level is top notch, without being overbearing. The Hope Farm has become our "go-to" place for either a quiet date night dinner or for entertaining out of town friends.”
“I came in for the first time this afternoon and had the pleasure of meeting Bella! She has been amazing and she is a freckle faced beauty! Love the atmosphere and how attentive she is to her customers. You can tell she takes care of everyone that comes in here. I will definitely be back to see her when I'm back in town.”
“We had a wonderful experience at Portabella's and will definitely be going back. Menu options were phenomenal. The staff was amazing. The only small thing that was annoying was how loud it was in there. We could hardly hear each other talk... but that can be expected when every table has guests. Try this place for sure. You will not be disappointed!!”
“We ate lunch at Hattie's today and are already looking forward to going back soon! We ate delicious fried catfish with hushpuppies, ocra and mac and cheese; and grilled chicken with cornbread, red beans and rice, and bacon fried cabbage. Everything was served piping hot and really delicious!! Very enjoyable! Next time we'll save room to try some of the amazing looking house-made cakes and desserts, too.”
“So glad we stopped in to this place while driving through the area. Sandy kept our flights coming until we had made our way through every thing they had on tap. Good beers, great looking place, highly suggest stopping in and enjoying a beer or 3”
“Great coffee options, including just brewed, fresh ground coffee. Good service, friendly staff. The only issue is the acoustics. Nothing to really buffer the noise, no fabrics or similar, so it's loud' with only a few patrons.”
“Las Catrinas De Rosy has the best tacos around! This hidden gem inside the Shell station off 181 does not disappoint. The quesabarilla tacos are fire! The quesabarilla ramen is sooo good. If you want some good food then stop by here and get some their tacos. They have a variety and they are all very good. The service was quick and the food came out within 5 minutes. Don't pass this place up, you'll regret you did.”
“The food was great, and the staff was awesome from the front door to the final goodbyes.Parking: The parking lot is under construction, but it's spacious and free.Kid-friendliness: The kids at the next table were quietly having a blast!Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room to maneuver and get close to large & small tables.”
“Lox & Loaded sammich!! Definitely loaded with flavor and tasty ingredients. I was greeted with a warm smile, pleasant demeanor, and cool vibe. Nice variety on the menu of premium products. I did not have a coffee, but smelled so fantastic brewing in the background.”
“A really good NYC-style pizza place located in a nondescript strip mall in Robertsdale. It's everything that's good about a small, family run business. They also have a stuffed pizza for those looking for something different. It's expensive but will feed four or five easily. The thinner crust regular pizzas are the items of choice, but the lasagna ain't half bad, either. All in all, one of the few truly good restaurants in Robertsdale proper.”
“Wow!! Fantastic experience, they have a fairly simple menu of burgers, I elected for the Drake and my father tried the Scout. Both were delicious and full of flavor. The meat was juicy and fresh!! The burger was loaded with bacon!! The staff were very friendly and answered any questions promptly! I’ll definitely stop back by again!”
“Great mom and pop cafe. Very, very good Cajun food. The wait staff is very good at what they do, they are good with small talk and same to be smiling ever time you look their way. The owner/head cook is often seen walking from table to table talking-to his customer about his part of LA that he grew up in.”
