“We were driving by Jack's on Highway 77 in Southside and decided to stop in for lunch and we're glad we did!Their fried chicken was excellent and their slaw was some of the best we've eaten recently.Our cashier was friendly and service was prompt.The dining area was not exceptionally clean but it was toward the end of lunchtime so that's understandable.We will be back the next time we're in the area.“

He is an exceptionally outstanding young man and should be recognized for his outstanding personality. He is ALL about customer service. This young man is definitely an asset to this location! “I have been to many Taco Bell’s but this one is amazing and I love it I could go everyday. Eating beef is against my religion but I will gladly break my customs for a crunch wrap. This place makes me feel alive. The atmosphere is gorgeous and the alluring smell always leads me in off the streets through those Taco Bell doors.“

“There's a vast difference between this Jack's and the one in East Gadsden. The employees here are all nice and welcoming, and the restaurant is clean. I don't mind giving them my money.lol The East Gadsden employees are kind of rude and not really personable, and the place is mildly nasty.“
“I prefer to order in the app, but the super Arby's isn't listed in the app. Imagine their signature-namesake sandwich not listed in the app. So, I went inside and it's not listed on the menu inside the store. I began to walk out, resigned that the super Arby's is fine forever. the young gentlemen asked me what sandwich I'm looking for. He asked me to give him a chance to look it up and he found it on a separate menu. I wonder how many people want this sandwich, don't see it, but the associate didn't care to look for itArby's, are you just creating the statistics you need to discontinue the super Arby's? “I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)“
