“I have been to many Taco Bell’s but this one is amazing and I love it I could go everyday. Eating beef is against my religion but I will gladly break my customs for a crunch wrap. This place makes me feel alive. The atmosphere is gorgeous and the alluring smell always leads me in off the streets through those Taco Bell doors.“
“We usually eat here at least once a week.Good food, especially love their warm chips, salsa and cheese dip. Top shelf margarita is really good. Tried the chicken soup today. Delicious on a cold Sunday afternoon! Lots of shredded chicken, hot broth, and topped off with fresh avocado and pico de galllo. Very large serving. Friendly, efficient staff, bright, clean upbeat atmosphere and Greg (owner) is the best! Greg welcomes everyone as if you were his only customer. Head on over to Mi Casita in Glencoe when you are craving Mexican food.“
“Delicious food served hot and quickly NY an impressive waitstaff. Salads were crisp and large. Dressing choices were limited. Entrées were wonderful. The beef Chimi was just beautiful and tasted even better. Not greasy at all. Served with a hood rice. I opted for no beans. Ashley got the quesadilla. She cleared her plate too.Dining are was spotless and restrooms were clean and well stocked.We will come back soon.“
“Well it's a great Mexican restaurant nothing like the average Mexican restaurants I went to and from in my home in chattooga county and they make the best chicken sandwich and fries and good drinks and great antique furniture and great television and the best of everything you can ask for.“
“Very nice location. Great atmosphere. The food is good, and the service is amazing.I didn't enjoy the salsa as much as I did other places. It is comparable to pasta sauce for some reason.I would recommend their fajitas or their burrito special.“
“Best tacos in town! Easily the best tasting tacos, with the highest quality ingredients, not to mention the most generous portion size! You can't go wrong here with the regular, fajitas, or street tacos. They actually grill the tortillas, so they are wonderful, warm, and don't break on you! You can customize your taco toppings here with no problems and the upcharges for add-on's are reasonable and make you feel like an appreciated customer. Most places in Gadsden have started upcharging any modification at a rate that makes me feel bullied, but not this place! They act like they really want you to enjoy your food, which is how it should be! I had never been in this restaurant until about 2 months ago when I tried to eat at C&J's next door (I love their food, but their service leaves a lot to be desired) and they would not seat me at 4:00 pm (I get that they must not have had staff, and it is a weird time to eat, but I was hungry so going to a restaurant expecting food didn't seem unreasonable) and they said they could not seat me for 30-45 minutes. I asked my companions if they wanted to try "the place next door" as we were all starving, and they said sure. We walked in and were blown away by how beautiful this restaurant is! From the outside it looks scary and not so nice (which is why I had never been here) but the interior is stunning! Huge picture windows line the entire back of the building, showcasing tons of natural light and beautiful views of the river. The interior has a bright and warm feel that is so comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were happy to see us and instantly sat us a a large comfortable booth with a beautiful view and had chips and salsa in front of us in 1 minute flat. Our food didn't take 10 minutes to arrive after that, and everyone loved their meal. The chips and salsa here are great; the salsa is the best in town, the chips could be a little thinner, but it's not like I'm going somewhere else for better chips. The rice, beans, side salad, guac, are all exactly what you expect. Every entree I've tried here has been great, but I keep going back to all the incredible taco choices! The only thing I avoid here is the cheese dip, which seems a little runny and lacking in cheese flavor, which is not a problem (for me) as they load my tacos up with fresh delicious grated-to-order cheese. I can't believe I've been missing out on this place for all the years I've lived here! I'm not making that mistake anymore - I think I've been here twice a week since discovering it - it is just that good!“
“Had a great time with the family no complaints. I drank a few beers with my dad and had a margarita. My niece had a diaper blow out and no one made a scene even the table next to us was chill. Just a cool chill place with good food and alcohol <3 oh yeah handycapabble access!“

“A great go-to for carry out or dine in. Been going for many years and each time not disappointed. Just had chicken mole enchiladas which were particularly outstanding tonite. Mole is so good! An order of freshly-made guacamole and housemade chips. Yes, they make their chips. Not the lame kind out of a bulk bag. Give Taqueria Maya a try. You will be back“

I'm not much for eating at strange places because you never know how the food is going to be, even if it is recommended by someone. We all have our own expectations. “Clearly the best restaurant in town in this price range. If this restaurant was in Birmingham it would have a 4.9 avg rating. I go here all the time and they always take good care of me and the food is way better than your average chain Mexican place. Tacos Carne Asada rise up!“
“If there was a higher rating than 5 stars this place deserves that! The food was as authentic as could be. I personally had the barilla.tacos, my hubby the loaded quesadilla with shrimp, steak and chicken. The flavors were amazing. I literally felt like I was welcomed into family kitchen. It was such an amazing heartfelt experience! - our server Bessie was hands down amazing! And we even got a visit from Ricky one.of the owners! “One of my favorite places to go eat and most definitely my favorite burrito shop. I love this place so much I had them cater my wedding rehearsal years ago (way way way cheaper than Moe's ridiculous prices and way way way better). I get the chicken burrito almost every time, my wife loves the bowls and my oldest daughter gets the bubba double (soft taco shell wrapped around the hard shell with cheese or refried beans to hold it together). Good quality products and maybe most importantly great sauces (spicy ranch and my favorite zesty sour cream, you will want extra of that, trust me). I would have a picture but I always tear into my food with no thoughts of taking one. So good that if I bought a franchise location of a business this would be one of only two places I would consider buying into (if they decided to franchise out).“
